Alex discovered his purpose to help and bring joy to others early in life, and as a result, spent his entire professional career in the customer service industry.  Alex excelled at work due to his reliability, his ability to listen to others, and the wholehearted effort he demonstrated in his job each day.  

 

Alex’s friends, family, and colleagues count on him to do what’s right, and to accomplish tasks properly, fairly, and efficiently.  When someone approaches Alex with a problem or request, Alex understands what’s needed, finds a solution, and then “tops it off with a little extra love” – his phrase for going above and beyond what is asked of him.  Alex is known for his calming and caring presence, and his ability to create an uplifting environment in any situation.  

 

Alex initiated his career in real estate after experiencing firsthand the excitement that went with purchasing, and then selling, his first home.  Yet, thinking about the types of loans, contracts, appraisals, disclosures, and inspections was unnecessarily intimidating and overwhelming.  

 

As an active member of the Bay East, California and National Associations of Realtors®, Alex looks forward to helping others navigate this seemingly daunting process with ease.  Through constant contact multiple times a day or week, it is Alex’s pleasure to patiently walk clients through each document they’ll need to complete, and to set clear timeframes to achieve what every homebuyer is looking for – the perfect home.

 

Alex utilizes all social media platforms, the MLS, and top real estate websites for listings.  Alex is also supported by Coldwell Banker, which equips him and other Coldwell Banker agents with their latest technologies and resources for enhancing transparency in listing communications and streamlining the selling process.   

 

Outside of his career, Alex loves creating new memories with his high school sweetheart and their beautiful son and daughter.  He also enjoys playing golf, daily exercise, cooking, and doing fun activities with a group of fathers from his children’s school.
